To help you manage your outpatient appointments with the Gastroenterology Team, we have introduced a brand new patient portal and a text message reminder service.
Login to your patient portal to view information about your appointment and request to change or cancel your appointment. Just follow the link in your text messages.
Once online you can:
Request to change or cancel your appointment
View and download your appointment letters
View location information, including google maps and floor plans
View important clinic information, this may include leaflets and videos
Add your appointment to your personal calendar
You can access the portal on your smartphone, tablet or desktop PC.
As part of this new digital management system, you can also opt to go paperless by accessing your outpatient appointment letter on the portal. We will send you a text message notifying you that you have a new letter to view – simply click on to link and login to view and download your letter instantly.
Please ensure we have your correct mobile number, full name, date of birth and postcode.
If you do not have access to a smart device or do not want to use the online portal, we will continue to contact you by letter.
