Proud to be Admin - Julie Tebb

Julie Tebb is the Business Support Co-Ordinator for the Surgery Division.

“I have held many roles in the trust since joining in 2009. I started off as a part-time Ward Clerk on Ward 9 at the Edith Cavell Hospital before we moved to the new Peterborough City Hospital. I worked on reception on the Haematology and Oncology Ward, before joining the Health and Safety team as an administrator and then as an IT trainer.

“In 2019 an opportunity arose to be part of a new project setting up an innovative service for Cancer patients, before I then joined the Surgery Division.

“I like the variety in my role and it plays to my strengths using spreadsheets and data analysis.

In this role I can make a difference, indirectly to patient experience and can identify where improvements have been made and what needs to be done.

Because I have varied experience and knowledge I bring that insight to the team and am able to support colleagues in adapting to change.

“I have always worked as an administrator in public services, so I am proud to play a part in providing services and support to both clinical colleagues and patients.”
