Keeping in touch with your loved ones during the Covid-19 pandemic

We know that this is a worrying time for families, especially when they aren’t able to visit their loved ones in hospital. We are doing everything we can to ensure family and friends can keep in touch with their loved ones during their hospital stay.

Please click the tabs below to find out how you can keep in contact.

You can now send a letter to your loved ones in hospital using a dedicated email address: nwangliaft.lettersforlovedones@nhs.net

Please email your messages, ensuring the name of your loved one, the ward they are staying and the bay they are in (if known) are included.

We hope that these messages will improve our patients experience with us and remind them that while they are not allowed visitors, they are not alone. With this in remind, we will be skimming letters to ensure there is nothing inappropriate or aggressive towards patients.

Please be aware that we will not be able to enter into discussions via the email address or provide return messages to families.
