Chaplaincy Report 2022

Once the Chaplaincy Department has made contact with patients, it is normal practice for their names to be shared across the three main hospital sites so that continuity of care can be offered as appropriate.  Please inform one of the Chaplaincy staff if you would prefer us not to share your information.
