The North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust was three years old in April 2020, making Team North West Anglia a relatively new team, however, this is a team packed with experience, personality and diversity. One you will certainly enjoy being a member of.
Our trust runs three busy hospitals – Peterborough City Hospital, Hinchingbrooke Hospital and Stamford and Rutland Hospital, all offering a wide variety of acute services, as well as delivering inpatient and outpatient services. Together they serve a growing population of approximately 700,000 residents living in Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire and the neighbouring counties. By combining the two former trusts that ran these hospitals in 2017, North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust has been able to strengthen the clinical and financial sustainability of the hospitals. This will help retain services that were previously deemed fragile and ensure patients can continue to be able to access treatments closer to home. In addition, the merger has increased the Trust’s offering for you – being able to provide you with greater opportunities, such as being able to work in larger teams and across the diversity of our sites in order to gain wider experience in your field.
