Hazel joined the trust in January 2020 as Head of Midwifery having previously held senior midwifery leadership positions in North Central London. Prior to her appointment she held an interim Head of Midwifery position at North Middlesex university hospital where she held the position of consultant Midwife leading on high risk pathways and the implementation of national initiatives. Hazel is a women focused midwifery leader determined to improve services for women and maternity teams alike. Her strategy for transformation is to develop highly functioning teams through inclusive, compassionate and visible leadership.

Tarang is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. He has been in this organization for 12 years. He completed his training as a registrar in the EOE deanery and worked as a registrar at HH hospital before taking up the role of a consultant in 2008 at this Trust. He has held several leadership roles within the Trust. He was appointed to the role of Clinical Director for Maternity as part of the new triumvirate in July 2021. Tarang is passionate about delivering safe,  high quality and personalised care for our families. He is committed to the wellbeing of his colleagues and delivering a high performing maternity service that is recognised regionally and nationally.

Simon was appointed to General Manager for Maternity services in July 2020, having joined the Trust in March 2018 holding the posts of Clinical Integration Manager, and Deputy Divisional Operations Director for Family and Integrated Support Services. Before joining the Trust, Simon has held a number of commissioning roles in across Suffolk and Cambridge health systems, and has worked in Local Authorities in Essex and Suffolk. He has a passion for addressing health inequalities and patient centred care.
