We are excited to be improving specialist services for patients in the Fenland area by opening a new Integrated Care Hub at Doddington. This provides access to outpatient clinics alongside diagnostics, rehabilitation services and also a Community Hub.
There are different clinic days for Cardiology, Diabetes and Respiratory which provide all necessary care closer to home and in one place, avoiding the need to travel to the main hospital sites. This provides access to outpatient clinics alongside diagnostics, rehabilitation services and also a Community Hub.
There are also standalone clinics for:
- Audiology
- Breast Pain
- Cancer Outreach
- Dermatology (associate specialist led)
- Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)
- Endocrinology
- Gynaecology
- Lymphoedema clinic
- Urogynaecology
Development of the Integrated Care Hub at Doddington aims to address the local health inequalities by improving access to care, closer to home, with a key focus on long-term health conditions.
We are also welcoming local voluntary groups, charities and our community partners to offer their services, alongside our outpatient clinics, who will be able to provide additional care, education and support for our patients. A Community Engagement Vehicle will also be coming one day a week (day still to be confirmed). Read more here.
Our partnerships include: CCG, CPFT, CCS, North Alliance and Fenland District Council. Our voluntary sector partners are: Healthy You and IAPT.
The clinics will run on different days of the week for different conditions. More information about each clinic can be found below.
