1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by North West Anglia Hospitals' Charity, part of North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (“the Promoter”).
Charity Registration Number: 1050601.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust and individuals directly involved in administering the draw may enter unless otherwise stated.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the online entry form with accurate personal details.
No purchase or donation is required to enter.
Entries must be submitted before the closing date stated in the promotional materials.
Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4. Prize
The prize consists of Theatre Tokens to the value of £300 (or an equivalent prize as described in promotional materials).
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
The draw will take place on or after the closing date specified in the promotional materials.
6. Notification of Winner
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Proof of eligibility may be required before the prize is awarded.
7. Use of Personal Data (UK GDPR Compliance)
Personal data provided will be used solely for administering this prize draw, including contacting the winner.
If the entrant chooses to opt in to marketing communications, their data will also be used for that purpose.
All data will be processed securely and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Trust's Privacy Notice.
Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting their entry.
Data may be processed by trusted partners acting on behalf of the Promoter for the purposes of administering the draw.
Data will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment or by law.
8. Publicity
The winner may be invited, but is not required, to take part in reasonable publicity (for example, first name and town).
No identifiable information will be shared without explicit consent.
Details of the winner may be made available on request in line with applicable guidance, unless the winner objects.
9. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received due to technical issues.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the draw or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence.
10. Cancellation or Amendment
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
