Affra | World Admin day 24 - Meet the admin team

For me the NHS is about providing care for all, supporting people when they need it. It is a privilege to support the Trust here at North West Anglia as we work to ensure that care is of the highest standard possible.

I work in Transformation and my role is about bringing people together to improve services. We work across departments to constantly improve what we do and how we do it, with an eye to how things might need to change in the future. I am an evidence-based practitioner, meaning we always try to ensure that our improvements are based on a solid base.

I only started at North West Anglia this month so I am most proud of not getting lost! But I can see how much passion there is to improve our services and I'm proud to be in such an enthusiastic team.

I most enjoy the engagement with staff and patients. We can't make improvements without hearing from everyone involved and where their challenges are, and then I love to identify connections and areas for collaboration. Working together we can improve patient care at every level.
