Heather Conte, Radiology Booking Clerk at Stamford & Rutland Hospital has worked in the Diagnostic Imaging Booking team for around five years but has 10 years’ experience in the NHS, with a background in Social Services Occupational Therapy. She is proud to be admin, saying: “As a team we do go over and above – no two days are the same. Many patients are anxious or fearful about coming into hospital and us bookers have to get control of the situation very quickly to reassure them and make them feel at ease.”
