Matthew | World Admin day 24 - Meet the admin team

The NHS, to me, has always been about helping those in need. It's what the organisation stands for that appealed to me; working with individuals to provide a caring and compassionate service for all 'walks of life'.

My role forms part of the wider Transformation Team. We work with Quality Improvement to support the delivery of the Trust's improvement objectives. We are currently working with key stakeholders to help deliver the Back on Track programme, working in Elective, Cancer and Urgent & Emergency Care. I'm really proud to be working with like-minded people who all work tirelessly together, to help deliver an excellent patient experience, in sometimes, challenging circumstances.

The NHS has such a wide variety of different services and as a team working in improvement, I have the opportunity to meet so many new individuals and learn about each of these areas. Being spread across a number of services, means we can support individual teams with improvements that benefit the staff and patient experience.
