Toni | World Admin day 24 - Meet the admin team

I currently work as Ward Manager’s Assistant on Holly Ward, which I absolutely love. The children’s unit and all of their staff are incredible. However, I start as E-Rostering Co-ordinator in Pharmacy on the 6th May. I love being Admin as it makes me feel as though, despite not being clinial, I am really able to support the NHS.

The apprenticeship will help me reach my own development goals. I love the flexibility and the work like balance. I see administration as a crucial piece of the functioning of the entire hospital.
