Charlotte Williams, Deputy Chief Executive at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, has been nominated in the Women Transforming Healthcare Award at the Leadership Recognition Awards, which are taking place in Birmingham on Thursday 2 July.
The category recognises women who are shaping the future of healthcare through bold leadership, innovation and influence. They are not only driving measurable improvement within their organisations, but also helping to redefine what inclusive, courageous and impactful leadership looks like at the highest levels of the health service.
Charlotte said: “I'm very proud to be a woman leader in healthcare, and a deep believer that everyone can play a role in building a better future, so I am delighted to have been nominated for this particular award, and the chance to celebrate our work together here at NWAngliaFT.”
Being a finalist in this category recognises Charlotte's dedication, leadership and commitment to both leading her teams effectively and providing the best possible care for patients.
Hannah Coffey, Chief Executive at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Peterborough City, Hinchingbrooke and Stamford and Rutland Hospitals, said: "We are delighted for Charlotte to have received this nomination and will be rooting for her success. She sets a great example to women across our Trust through inspirational leadership."
