About Patient and Public Voice Partners

Our Patient and Public Voice Partners (PPVP) at our Trust, play a vital and unique role in helping us improve and shape our services, providing valuable insight from a patient’s perspective.

We are seeking to recruit new PPVP partners to be part of our Quality Assurance Committee to share their experience, be able to raise questions and offer a different perspective, ensuring that the needs of patients and our local communities are represented and at the centre of changes and improvement in our hospitals.

The role is voluntary, with meetings once a month. Any out-of-pocket expenses will be covered.

Being a Patient and Public Voice Partner is ideal for anybody who is or has had recent experience of:

  • Being a service user here at North West Anglia Foundation Trust
  • A Carer
  • Family members of somebody receiving care within our hospitals.
  • Any person who is interested in the role who is not an NHS professional.

We also ask that applicants have recent knowledge and experience of Trust services (preferably within the last 2 years).

If you feel this could be you, please read more about the role and submit an Expression of Interest form.
