Dr Jayne Lim has been appointed as Chief Medical Officer at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Peterborough City, Hinchingbrooke and Stamford and Rutland Hospitals.

Dr Lim is currently Group Chief Clinical Information Officer at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. She is an actively practising physician with extensive experience of managing urgent, emergency and elective care challenges, having previously served as Divisional Director for Medicine and Urgent Care at North Middlesex University Hospital, where her responsibility spanned 14 specialties.

Dr Lim is due to take up her post at the end of November 2026.

Our patients and staff will benefit from her experience - particularly at this time when the delivery of national health care is changing. Her approach centres upon clinically led, patient-focused service design and developing sustainable models of care that respond to the health needs of our population.
