The planning application for the new Peterborough Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) will be submitted week commencing Monday 24 February. The planning application is to build a three-storey building, in-keeping with the locality and neighbouring buildings on Wellington Street in Peterborough. The new state-of-the-art facility offers imaging capabilities including MRI, CT, X-Ray, DEXA and Ultrasound, alongside a number of consultation rooms. The design also includes patient waiting and staff rest facilities to support the smooth running of this satellite unit to the Trust’s main hospital sites. We expect a decision on the planning application in June.
