Tanise Brown — Executive Director of People

Tanise joined the Trust on 13 January 2025. Tanise previously worked at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, where she was Group Director of Organisational Development. Previously she also worked at The Royal Marsden as Associate Director of Workforce Development. In both of her former Trusts, she led on the organisation development strategy for their new Electronic Patient Records systems and more recently led on the design of the operating model for Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

Tanise has a strong track record for cultivating kind, high-performing and inclusive organisational cultures. She is passionate about education, training and the development of staff and has significant transformational experience.
