Carmel is a Registered Nurse and Midwife with over 35 years' experience across acute, primary and community care in the UK and Australia, both within direct care and commissioning. She has worked at board level and with a commitment for achieving excellence in healthcare. She is a passionate advocate for patients and service users to ensure the delivery of the right care by well-trained clinicians.
