We are pleased to welcome a new Executive member to our Trust.

Tanise Brown joins the Trust as Executive Director of People on Monday 13 January 2025.  Tanise comes from Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, where she was Group Director of Organisational Development. Previously Tanise also worked at The Royal Marsden as Associate Director of Workforce Development. 

In both of her former Trusts, Tanise led on the organisation development strategy for their new Electronic Patient Records systems and has more recently led on the design of the operating model for Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
